DashHOOD Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to DashHOOD with your Google account, you agree to follow these terms. This app is designed for the BYU-Idaho student community to share memories and information.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use DashHOOD responsibly. You may not:

• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates campus policies.
• Impersonate other students or faculty.
• Attempt to scrape data or interfere with the app's security.

3. Account Deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. As noted in our Privacy Policy, using the Delete Account button in your settings will trigger a deep clean of your data from our backend.

4. Limitation of Liability

DashHOOD is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, we are not responsible for any service interruptions or loss of data.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will notify you of major changes via the email address associated with your Google account.
